About the Game…

Call of Duty Black Ops 3 was developed by Treyarch, and was published by Activision. Its launch took place on November 2015, 3 years after Black Ops 2 was released. It was available for download and purchase on Microsoft Windows, as well as on all console platforms upon reseal. This game is also the 12th installment within the Call of Duty series – and upon its first day of release, it was already labeled as a “commercial success” from the majority of critics and game reviewers. The setting in Black Ops 3 occurs during the year 2065 – 40 years prior to the events that had taken place in Black Ops 2. Militarial technology is used extensively within the game, in which robotics are commonly used as a tool during combat. Robotic drones and Cyborg supersoliders are used during the battlefield as well, for self-defense. As in prior versions of the Black Ops series, the protagonists within the game are Black Ops soldiers.
